[Vanhackspace] VCL's found a location!

Thanks Sam.

For VCL's info, we're in a 1-year lease at our current space, after
which we'll be month-to-month. So we're gonna be where we are for
another ~10 months but if we have (again) outgrown our space we could
look at some future partnership or something.
