[Vanhackspace] Web Hosting?

Does anyone have any suggestions for hosting a co-located box?  I have the [dis]advantage of being a Mac programmer, and having plans for some custom server software that I have written.  The disadvantage being it needs to run on a Mac =p  Im planning on purchasing an Xserve soon - need someplace to stick it thats not going to cost an arm and a leg... every month!  I only have 2 of each!!!  =p
