[Vanhackspace] High Altitude Balloon

A few years ago, I looked into doing this, for the radio you may want to
take a look at

Be warned you should have a HAM with there advanced license to use one of
those, but to be honest, HAMs are self policing, so as long as you have a
HAM, you should be fine.
