[Vanhackspace] High Altitude Balloon

Hey everyone,

I haven't had the chance to get involved with vanhackspace yet, as I'm still
somewhat new to Vancouver and settling in. But I have been lurking for a
while..
Although I won't be able to make a Tuesday meeting, I'd be interested in
helping out with this project...

By way of experience I'm a youngish Electrical Engineer, and I've
specialized in RF design in my short career.. Plus I'm a HAM geek. :)
