[Vanhackspace] High Altitude Balloon

I have been interested in sending up a balloon for a long time.  I also would like to participate.

Since there seems to be enough interest, let's set a meeting to discuss "The Plan".

It was nice meeting you all Tuesday. One of the projects I'd like to
  work on is balloon photography. I was wondering is anyone working on
  something similar or would anyone be interested in collaborating.  I'm
  thinking something very basic to start and build up from there.
