[Vanhackspace] High Altitude Balloon

Hey

The High Altitude Balloon Project will probably be one of our projects this
year.  However our more immediate goal will be to get the HAM Licence
required so that we can operate the radio transceiver that we will most
likely be sending up so we can get data on its location and altitude that
would assist in its recovery so we don't have to wait on a park ranger in
Idaho.

The Balloons are cheap, but the payload and where to launch it in the Lower
Mainland will need to be thought out.
