Have you tried Main Electronics or Lee's Electronics?  Main can be cranky
bastards sometimes, but they have a great selection of old/weird semi's.
Lee's doesn;t have quite the selection but are very helpful and do have lots
of cool things.  I just bought some transistors at main, 5 for $1.75, for
which Digikey had a 3000 qty. minimum!
