Hey Aaron and Morgan et al,

Yes we have lots of software hackers - I would guess half or more of the
group makes money more or less from writing code.

We usually group software topics on thursdays @ 7pm for a few hours. Last
year we had lots of regular talks on things like: git, vim, asterisk, tor
... and we hosted a few different user group meetings. Alas we haven't been
scheduling many events at VHS lately (which we as a group should really fix
RSN), but if you have ideas or requests please speak up!

If anyone wants to give presentations or host workshops or whatever on a
certain topic, please raise it to the list here. It need not be a formal
presentation - it could just be a gathering centered around a project (eg:
vhs space arduino <-> twitter) or centered around a topic (eg: test
automation techniques).

Speaking of all this, is there any topic tonight? If not maybe we could see
who is there and do a round of lightning talks? I'm going to try my best to
make it out tonight but no guarantees.

Cheers,
Luke
