IMHO we should not let our lease prevent us from looking for our next
place. This is a very flexible sublet lease with our landlord Michael,
and I do not see any major problems if we wish to break the lease
early and give him a month or two of notice. Now that that space is
built, he could find other tenants for it.  This was part of the
discussion I had with him before we took the space.
