[Vanhackspace] VPL circulation opendata?

Hi everyone,

Not very long ago, I made two posts to twitter asking if anyone knew if
the VPL provides read-only access to real time circulation data via some
reasonable API, and noting with dismay that http://vpl.ca has no terms
of service posted.

Today, I got a message from @VPL asking me to email their systems
librarian. Very exciting! But I don't want to jump in when I'm not
really rooted in the community, so I'm looking for open data folks to
talk to.

I'm drafting an email reply, but is anyone here interested in this?
