[Vanhackspace] Bigger Workshop Space?

Seconded, this space is perfect for VHS...Secure, street level entry, easy
parking for loading, free parking a short walk away (esp. after hours),
electrical is OK for a reasonable draw, if yr running a grinder, drill
press, microwave, and 10 servers at the same time then upgrades may be in
order, but otherwise it's fine.
The leaks have never been all that bad IMHO, mostly just a small drip here &
there once in a while during a heavy rain. If folks' aren't living there
with food the pests will stay away.
