[Vanhackspace] Bigger Workshop Space?

Rad! The Casa is completely awesome

Another plus is that the doorway is large enough that equipment could
be easily brought in and out, avoiding the difficulty of hauling heavy
things up multiple flights of stairs and around tight corners. Plus
there's plenty of secure (indoor) space for bikes.

It would probably need some work in order to become a suitable
hackspace i.e. the wiring would need to be evaluated if there's any
interest in bringing in larger equipment, and some leaks would need to
be fixed or at least identified so that electronics could be stored
without fear of water damage, but the space itself kicks ass.
