[Vanhackspace] Good news, everybody! (CNC Update)

  Btw, next time I'm down at Princess Auto, I'm going to pick up this 
pneumatic micro-grinder

which can go up to 50000RPM (approx 10x faster than the permanent magnet 
DC motor spindle currently on the machine), as this will be more 
suitable for engraving operations, and using small carbide bits in 
general.  My question is does anybody have an air compressor they'd be 
willing to donate to the space (minimum 1.5HP, according to Sherline, 
who also sells their version of this generic chinese grinder as an 
upgrade for their cnc mill)  If not, I can get one, but I'd rather not 
buy one if someone already has one.
