I'd already noted that I cannot attend this Tuesday night, as i was
going to be packing to go to FOSDEM, and going to a family dinner.

Do the GPG primer, but let's do a much larger scale keysigning party
later on. We can also cover CACert assurances at that time (I'm an
assurer and have temporarily been a super-assurer before).
