Hey Dale,

Approx how many people?  Do you need a projector?

The key to making this happen will be to find a current VHS member that has:
1) Keys to VHS
2) an interest in Drupal.

This VHS member will be your host and will make sure things run
smoothly.  If nobody steps up here on the list, I suggest you come to
some VHS events and make some hacker friends. :)
