After all the supernatural spookiness of Halloween, it's time to get
back to some real-world frights.  Meet at VHS for a night of spooks,
spies, and surveillance, and the technologies thereof.  Who's reading
your email?   What has the CIA been up to lately?  Can they read my
thoughts yet?   Where'd all the money go?  What's up with this swine
flu thing?  Who's responsible for this mess?  Which mess are we
talking about, anyway?

Bring your opinionated arguments, your manifestos, your scribbled
notebooks, your ramblings, your strategies and tactics, your
diatribes...
Bring your technological innovations, inspirations, and nemeses.
Bring your scariest tales of mad science gone wrong, graphic
miscarriages of technology, and gratuitous invasions of privacy.

We'll provide a keg for drowning fears and numbing outrage.
We'll also provide a multimedia paranoia-fest, so bring your
conspiracy-themed news clips, movies, youtube videos, etc.

Oh, and bring your mask, so They don't know you're here.
And your tinfoil hat, so They can't hear your thoughts.

Conspiracy lightning talks
Do you know one of the major or minor secrets of the universe, the
government, the new world order, etc?  Do you know who brought down
the World Trade Centre?  Can you link North Korea, George bush,
Michael Jackson, the United Nations, the creation of the Amero and the
Olymics?  Do you have exciting tales of surveillance and
counter-surveillance?  Tell the world!  Or at least tell us!  In 2
minutes or less.
