[Vanhackspace] Strategic Planning Meeting

It sounds like people are wanting to move this down a week, I think we
should move it to the 19th, and that we should probably have it at 7:00 PM.
 We should also work on an agenda for the Strategic Planning.
The reason we need it is because the last IRC meeting was TOO LONG, and the
meetings are incredibly difficult to follow for more than just simple
infrastructure issues.  Also, it's better to go over things in person for
certain things as well.
