[Vanhackspace] Arduino 0017 stripped

Mine is more of a clean up and upx of the windows one, I posted it to the
Arduino forum in the form of a batch file. The Arduino headers etc, can be
found in one folder in the root of the Arduino IDE.

hardware\core -> hold the core libs/headers/files
hardware\libraries -> holds all the extra libs like EEPROM, Servos, Ethernet

On windows I would use the Arduino IDE otherwise you have to fight with the
beast called WinAVR which is pain.
