[Vanhackspace] Arduino 0017 stripped

Not sure how many people will benefit from this. But the current Arduino IDE
is massive (on windows) around 220mb, if you have a JRE you can delete the
java directory it comes with and save 90mb, but for those that want, I took
the time to strip out the useless applications and libraries that are part
of WinAVR that are not used, take the size down to around 40mb. Also UPX all
the .exe and .dll. End result is a faster and smaller Ardiono IDE on
windows.

If anyone is interested let me know I can put it up for download, its now
around 20mb downlaod, vs the 80mb original.
