Good question.  We do have a Paypal account, but Paypal has put a
limitation on it, saying that we provide documentation of our non-profit
status.  This limitation doesn't prevent us from accepting payments, but
it does prevent us from transferring money out of Paypal and into our
real bank account.  We provided the documentation they were asking for
six weeks ago and all the steps they've asked us to take are showing as
completed, but the limitation is still in place.  I've submitted a
support request to get this issue resolved, but in the meantime I don't
think we should be accepting money via Paypal.

I have to say the situation does not give me great confidence in Paypal
as a payment option.
