Huzzah. I had posted the code and a picture online. AtTiny26L which would
run for days or even weeks off of a button cell. Available in 5x5x1mm form
factor. The code includes super low power mode for 3uA power consumption on
average. LED consumption (and throb length/intensity) will be the main
issue.

You will need an avrisp or similar to use the code.
