[Vanhackspace] Need a 24 hour space

True.  Perhaps we should join the Artists Against Gentrification group.
Also, We need to be certain about zoning.  The Pedal space at 13th and
Commercial is back up for rent.  It tells me that they ran into the same
issue we did months ago when we were after that spot.

But yeah.  We need incorporation papers in hand before we can really take on
a space.

BTW: Are we incorporated yet?

before they were doing repairs and the whole building (3 floors, maybe
~2000sqf a floor) was renting for 2500 because of some rule where you have
to rent a building as 1 floor if there is no elevator.  After which the
building was subleased at around 2000 per floor(I think).  If the whole
building is available at a low cost, it is a completely awesome space, but
we should be cautious as the city has already kicked one group out.
