[Vanhackspace] Need a 24 hour space

I thought aisle 45 was getting kicked out of 45 w hastings because the 
city wasnt going to allow a mixed use space, would this affect us?    
Audrey do you have contact information for the person doing the 
renting(is it the owner or another sublease agreement)?  I checked that 
building out last year before they were doing repairs and the whole 
building (3 floors, maybe ~2000sqf a floor) was renting for 2500 because 
of some rule where you have to rent a building as 1 floor if there is no 
elevator.  After which the building was subleased at around 2000 per 
floor(I think).  If the whole building is available at a low cost, it is 
a completely awesome space, but we should be cautious as the city has 
already kicked one group out.
