Not sure if this is helpful or not, but there is a shared studio space
available on 45 W. Hastings available.

Malcolm van Delst works out of there sometimes.

Hey all. I've had eight members leave or go "on hold" this month, and as a
result we're at 21 paying members for June as of my last count (break even
is 28). I think we've just barely got enough in the bank account to cover us
for this month if everyone pays rent on time, but I need help finding new
members. I am unwilling to put more of my own money into the space. If we're
in dire straights I may organize a fundraiser for the evening of Saturday
June 20th. I'm open to your suggestions. I'll send an update mid-next-week
to let you know where we're at.
