[Vanhackspace] Need a 24 hour space

Our ballpark budget is roughly under 1200/month.  The idea is that once we
become 24/7, we see who shows up and get an idea of what we need.  We can
spend forever trying to anticipate everything that could go wrong or we
could do it and see what actually goes wrong.

If we fail, at least we're as cool as Seamrippers, and that's not
neccessairly bad company.
