[Vanhackspace] Need a 24 hour space

Hey

I visited Noisebridge lst night and it convinced me that we need a space
before tools.

Noisebridge has a space that has more square footage than the current space,
but has 2 floors.  The 1st floor is the same size as the hackery public area
and the 2nd floor is 2/3rds the size of the current public area.

In short, lets go back on the hunt for space.
