[Vanhackspace] Soldering Night - VHS May 12, 2009 7pm

Come down to The Hackery this Tuesday May 12 at 7pm for our
introduction to soldering. We're going to hang out and solder a whole
bunch of resistors and leds until everybody is really good at
soldering. You will also learn some basic electronics theory. We'll
have everything except for the irons for you to learn, so if you have
a soldering iron bring it down. We'll also have soldering irons for
sale, but they are just cheap ones ($4). It's easier to solder with a
better quality soldering iron. We've got a bunch of workshops coming
up, and this is a great way to learn the basics to get the most out of
them. This intro to soldering class is free as long as you already
have a soldering iron and is open to everyone. For directions and more
