[Vanhackspace] TechShop in Portland

We know of the TechShop Franchise, but we haven't met the TechShop people
yet.  It's a similar vein to Hackerspaces, but ran in a for profit way.  I
know that Portland's is a bit different in the fact that there's a maker
group that is run out of the Techshop there.
