[Vanhackspace] online infrastructure meetings

Hi all,

We have been discussing the possibility of having our infrastructure
meetings on IRC(or silc) on another night other that
tuesday(monday?).  And I wanted to get some feedback on the idea.

Pros:
- -Tuesday night meetings are reserved for openhouse and project
nights.  This should put a end to long infrastructure meetings that
intersect with hacking, this may prove benificial to new members who
just want to come out and hack.. they dont need to be berraged with
the politics of it all.

- -More space for members interested in projects during the openhouse
nights.. Many times I am there, I am only there for the infrastructure
meeting.. the rest of the time I am taking up precious air and space.

- -It seems many of our members are mobile, traveling to this corner or
another corner of the globe..  However they may have important insight
as to the progression of vhs.  A members voice is important and it
should not be limited to the ability to travel to the physical
hackspace.  

- -We can streamline meetings.  Every week we can have a action items
list on warm, all members can add to this list of topics to be
discussed at the next meeting.  If the topic is not on the list, it
will not be covered..  This way we can quickly get through our ideas
and then get on to being productive.. etc.
