[Vanhackspace] 45WEST new home for vanhackspace?

Hey all. Dan Anderson gave me the heads up that you're looking for a  
larger area to work in, and I wanted to give you some more info about  
45WEST. We have a 2000 sq.ft "multipurpose" space that's currently  
under-utilized at 45 W. Hastings St downtown (3blks from Stadium  
Skytrain, parking across the alley), and we're looking to expand our  
membership. If you all would be fine sharing space with a bunch of  
performing artists, I think we could accommodate the storage and space  
you need. I'd like to chat with someone from VHS about how many sets  
of keys you'd need, and how much drop-in studio time you need. You can
