[Vanhackspace] Notes from tonight's meeting at EatART - aka WE HAVE SPACE!

We had a pretty big turnout, and made some big decisions!

Consensus was reached on the following items:

* To rent 45 West Hastings as the new home of VHS!
* VHS will "pay back" the members who put the deposit on 45W down out-of-pocket
* To pay EatART $100 (in exchange for 2 memberships) in appreciate for
using their space, and to promote future relationship

There are obviously a few things to work out now that *we have space!*  So ....

... please join us tomorrow at 7pm for our online infrastructure
meeting at #vhs on freenode (IRC).

We have not yet reached consensus on the exact pricing and membership
rates - we need to nail that pretty soon.
