[Vanhackspace] Toorcamp needs coordination

I am in for toorcamp and am driving down, but unfortunately cannot take any passengers.  I am leaving on the 29th to do gown to do some work for a friend first.
 
I am not sure about meeting protocol and if I can hijack 10 minutes of this evening's meeting towards toorcamp.  If enough camp attendees are at the meeting tonight, that would be the easiest, otherwise we could make alternate plans for another evening this week, or we could just work out all the issues via email/irc.
 
Some topics to discuss:
.         Rides down
.         Shared kitchen stuff (bbq)
.         Interesting structure or camp theme
.         Music /entertainment
