Forgot to put price:

2200 sq ft = $2200 (not including op. costs)
1300 sq ft = $1650 (including op. costs)

We could probably customize it and get plumbing put in, but we'd have to
pay for that modification ourselves.  The plus side is that we can
renovate the entire place and make it fit our needs.
