[Vanhackspace] VespaSpace

Hey

I looked at the Vespa space near Clark and Frances.  There are two spaces
available.  One of them has two Bay Doors, and is 2400 sq ft.  The other is
1300 sq ft.  They do not have 3 phase power, plumbing, or walls.  They are
giant rooms with 20ft ceilings.

Pictures are attached.

If we wanted a space, it'd be a space.  It's zoned I2, so it'd be good on
that front.

Thoughts?
