[Vanhackspace] Need a 24 hour space

-45W is really rad, but the entrance is in a hastings alleyway; some
people aren't cool with that.
-There is a dance studio that VHS probably wouldn't use
-There is 2000ft^2 of non-dance-studio space, with lockers, a few
dozen chairs, heat, power and 'net.
-We lost eight out of 31 members this month. We will almost certainly
fold next month if we do not find six-eight new members.
-Membership is $105. Members get keys and 24h access.
-A single member can have as many guests in as they want, as long as
they're there at the same time. A single member can have 30 folks in
with them if they want. (Members who teach classes will often have a
dozen people in.)
-Private parties are almost certainly ok. Public ones almost certainly
not; publicly advertised ones most definitely not. This limits Sugar
Refinery style fundraising.
-There is roof access that in theory people are not supposed to use... but hey.
