Mergatroid still likes us, at least enough to have us on this list. :)
We're not in the market ATM, but this is good to know.

You have asked to be informed of space that is coming available at the
Mergatroid Building (www.mergatroid.ca). If you don’t want to be on this
list, just advise me via email, and I’ll take you off.
I have listed the spaces from smallest to biggest:
1. A shared space within 2 other painters. Ground floor, TONS of
natural light. Superb location for the Cultural Crawl. The size is about
15’ X 18’ (my guess). (This is a shared space with one of my tenants, so I
don’t know much about this. If you are interested, I will forward your name
on to the contact person.)
2. 1000 square foot spaces: There are 2 spaces coming up in
September. Both are slightly over 1000 square feet. Ground Floor
(concrete). Drive up clear glass loading bay door and man (person) door.
The space includes 100 amps 3 phase power, separately metered. The cost is
about $1050 per month.
3. 3300 Square feet: This is ground floor space, overhead door,
double glass doors, concrete floors, with an exhaust ducting to the roof at
the back of this space. 100 amps 3 phase power, separately metered. Gas
heat. This is great manufacturing space. The space is well lit and well
wired. The cost is about $3000 per month.
If you want further information, please get back to me.
