[Vanhackspace] Insurance, Safety and Cleanup

I agree that there should safety guidlines. A hackspace is fun untill someone looses a finger. On the note of first aid, I have mine. I get it renewed ever 2 years (that's how long the cert lasts) and work pays for it. I don't mind being the onsite guy but realistically there should be always two people, in case I get hurt. :P I have attached the cert for your records, and for epeen. lawly.
