Hey

Next meeting is an organizational meeting to figure out who is down with
getting their Amateur Radio Licence.  The purpose of getting an amateur
radio licence is so that we can do the following:

- - Use a USRP legally on the Amateur Bands
- - Run OpenBTS Microcell on the Amateur Bands legally
- - Play with Packet Radio
- - Do other cool ham stuff

If anyone has any info on when and where we could go to get our HAM
licences and/or knows about getting the gear needed, please let us know.
 Also, here's a list of the next few meetings coming up:

Feb 10, 2009 - HAM Planning Night
Feb 17, 2009 - vim orgy
Feb 24, 2009 - Arduino Night
March 3, 2009 - Simple Kit Night (Atari Punk Console, etc)

Also, if people want to do workshops and events outside of the Tuesday
night meetings, please let us know in advance so that we can book the
space and make those happen.

Finally, if people are available during the week to look at spaces that
come up, please let me know.  We're still looking for a new space at
this time.
