Thanks for the pointer.

I've asked the seller what their shipment method is so I can work out
the customs brokerage and duties, and then if that's going to work out
better, they might get my business instead, since they have both Option
#2 and Option #3 much cheaper than the original place I was going to get
them from.

The item is marked as $10 for the first item and $5 for extra items, and
their calculator basically works as (N*$5)+$5.
