[Vanhackspace] chance for VHS to do a good community hacking deed

I think a wall of shame approach is best.  Get a USRP and publish the phone
number of anyone who is using their phone at Burning Man.  Then post it on
the Internet.

Done, no one will use their phone at Burning Man ever again! :)

(Note: Still very illegal)
