I'm going to guess that that ip is not the terminal itself, but a
server it's connecting to. No other publicly facing ports but 9091,
and it spits out - well, it looks like a combination of control codes
or numeric data and what are almost certainly ticker text news updates
- "Hundreds of fires continue to burn across B.C." (at the time this
was sent to the list) and the like kind of gives it away. So since
that's probably
a server and not the terminal, finding the term's ip is not likely.

Someone else (who can speak for hermself if so desires) is pretty
confident of what the underlying software suite is.
