Joe,

Well, the idea is that you get the discount if you get at least 10
people in your campsite. Once you get 10 people listed for your
campsite (on your wiki) we'll issue a 10% refund over paypal to
everyone in the camp (if that's the option you chose).

Also, to help with registration we extended the original
pre-registration price to some of the other hackerspaces. You guys are
welcome to use the HBL one 'HBL4LIPHE' that'll get you $150
registration but it expires on May 1st.
