RobotShop.ca delivers pretty quick, but they are not local. They have  
what you want for about $19 CAD plus shipping.

Or you can buy a stock USB-serial adapter at NCIX, hack it open, and  
either find some TTL signals (maybe) or add an RS232 transceiver and  
get your TTL levels there.

But RobotShop will be cheaper.
