I suggest that we get a decibel counter and anyone's voice that goes over a predetermined amount is considered "yelling" and must take a shot of 151 that I am willing to supply for the first meeting. I believe this will is a good idea because if one person constantly "yells" they will eventually be so drunk that they will pass out and then the noise will be reduced which is good for the collective. So shall it be written so shall it be done!
