Folks,

I'm writing to you in search of Westcoast Security Forum volunteers.
The Westcoast Security Forum is an annual two-day computer security
conference which has been held here in Vancouver since 1997. This
year's conference is on Monday, December 1st and Tuesday, December
2nd.

We are looking for individuals to volunteer their time for half a day
and in return for volunteering your time, you can attend WCSF sessions
that are available during the other half of that day. For example, if
you choose to volunteer for the afternoon of Dec 2nd you can go to any
of the sessions that morning free of charge.

By volunteering to help out during half of a day, you'll be helping to
make the WCSF a successful conference this year, networking with peers
from the Information Security sector, and learning from distinguished
speakers during the sessions.

There are many volunteer jobs available. Some examples are:

-Helping with registration

-Session door security monitors

-Greeting and directing delegates

-Monitoring the trade show

-Setting up and running session presentation laptops

-Stuffing delegate bags with documentation

-Monitoring the information desk

Please take a look at your schedules and the conference agenda. Let me
know whether you are able to volunteer. Also, mention which day and
whether you would like to work in the morning or afternoon. If you
have a specific job you would like, feel free to mention that as well
but I can't make any promises at this point. There are limited spots
and the jobs will be based on a first-come first-served basis.
