I know Rustan Metals[1] will sell small quantities of aluminium
(Minimum order $20), and presumably other stuff too.
Not sure about plastic, I found a nice sheet of delrin or similar in a
"Free Stuff" box :)
If you're looking for information about converting to CNC (I presume
you got the Craftex rebranded Sieg X2 mill), here's a few links to get
you started (i'm still debating the merits of each of these options,
