Hello,

 Thanks to everybody for dropping by for Vancouver's 11th Ruby Hack
Night at Waves Coffee.

 I've created a S6/S9 version of Jeremy McAnally's GoRuCo slide deck
titled "Go Camping - A Web Microframework in 4k(*) Ruby". All 4k of
Ruby code easily fit on a single slide (fast forward to slide three).

  Summer break! The next Ruby Hack Night is scheduled for Monday,
September 15th after the monthly meetup. Note, that you're of course
welcome to meetup without the regulars on your own to keep the Ruby
Hack Night going all summer long.


  Lastly, Joe Bowser sent out the announcement for the VanHackSpace
1st Public Meeting on Wednesday, Aug 20. posting:

  Some Vancouver Hackers went to the Last HOPE. There, they viewed
many presentations about Hackerspaces, and why EVERY CITY needs to
have one. They found that not only did a bunch of US cities had
Hackspaces but that Toronto, Montreal and Hamilton all had hackspaces
as well.

 Finding that the Vancouver Hackers have been slacking, they came
back and with the help of other local hackers of various types helped
start the Vancouver Hacker Space. Currently, we're seeking people who
want to make the new Hackspace a reality.
